Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion.

• Maintain high visibility of work activity and results.

• Utilize pipelines to forecast project success and potential challenges.

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

• Identify and work with the project manager to mitigate potential risks to project success.

Experience/Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience in coordinating construction projects from inception to completion.

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle project issues effectively.

• Strong understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work in a high visibility environment with constant performance measurement.
