We are looking for a Regional Administrator, AGI & Rehab to join our Residential team in Winnipeg, MB. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the AGI (Above Guideline Increase) process in accordance with applicable legislation and Northview's internal guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the AGI process in compliance with applicable legislation, internal guidelines and procedures
  • Assist to create and maintain individual worksheets and capture details pertaining to Purchase Orders, work completion, payments, etc.Prepare rent roll work documents as a back-up to preliminary AGI approval requests
  • Prepare preliminary AGI worksheets and obtain approval from designated parties
  • Prepare packages for submission to 3rd party legal service providers
  • Maintain communication with 3rd party designate and provide information as required
  • Distribute Notices of Hearing, schedule attendees and advise parties on hearing requirements
  • In collaboration with the Regional Administrator, complete monthly audits on approved applications to ensure awarded AGI percentage is applied correctly to the tenant ledger
  • Assist in preparing reports on rehab units and the AGI program
  • Assist in implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and reporting
  • Establishes and maintains required project files, maintaining confidential information and records
  • Coordination of the renovation team, turning units to market within the scheduled timeline while meeting expectations
  • In cooperation with the Regional Manager, determine priorities and work deadlines completing and assigning renovation requests
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in administration, accounting, or related fields
  • Prior AGI and property revenue/receivables experience is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in positions of increasing responsibility in project administration, property management or related fields
  • A self-starter, able to troubleshoot, with a high level of organizational, time management, attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • A general understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and familiarity with applicable legislation pertaining to AGI regulations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Etc.)
  • Self-motivated, professional and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Yardi experience considered an asset
