Job Description:
Commissioning and Systems Completions Lead
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Commissioning and Systems Completion planning & execution
• Lead development and implementation of Commissioning and Systems Completion philosophy, key processes, plans and tools applying best practices
• Award Commissioning and Systems Completions Contract and onboard Contractor
• Primary interface with Commissioning and Systems Completions Contractor and strong interface with Engineering, Construction & Modularization Contractors for completion of required check sheets
• Ensures SC database (Hexagon) set-up accurately and reflects commissioning scope
• Coordinate plans for MC to T/O; ensure alignment with project commitments
• Build out commissioning schedule and align with construction MC schedule
• Coordinates pre-comm & dry comm activities with commissioning contractor
• Responsible for transition of facility to Ops S/U Team, including system turnover planning
• Responsible to identify and mitigate commissioning and startup risk issues

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of relevant commissioning and systems completions experience Mandatory Requirement
• Experience in Refining or Chemicals Plant Strongly Preferred
• BS degree in engineering field / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Expert proficiency in Hexagon database
• Strong leadership, influencing & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, coordination, planning & interface skills
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequent changes in priorities
• Excellent communication skills & ability to read, write & speak fluent English
