Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to join our Procurement Analytics team, responsible for supporting day-to-day data operations and request management.
- This role will operate routine data workflows - including Excel-based tasks and running automated python scripts to curate and refresh datasets, monitor and respond to a shared team inbox, action incoming requests such as dashboard setup or data refreshes and perform other duties as assigned.
- The successful candidate will execute tasks within defined schedules, troubleshoot data issues, and support broader team initiatives such as documentation, process manual creation, and ad-hoc analysis.
- This role will also include the opportunity to support and collaborate with our data governance team, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders to promote and implement effective data management practices.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting meeting minutes, and assisting the creation of presentation slides and training materials to aid in communication and knowledge sharing across team.
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years - Experience with SQL, Python , GIT (version control) and the ability to perform guided queries is essential, along with willingness to learn and support various facets of our data analytics function.
- Proficient in Excel MS Office
- Ability to document clearly and efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively - will be working with Data Governance Team
