As we grow, we are currently seeking candidates for AIRLINE CSA (ATW) SUPERVISOR - RELIEF based in Edmonton, AB.This career is a part of the overall Flightcraft Team, and is an integral part of the Leadership Group within the company.

JOB SUMMARY:

The CSA Supervisor is an accountable ATW position that will work under the direction of Flightcraft Management to ensure all aspects of aircraft handling are completed according to specific company policies & procedures. This includes but is not limited to; All client carriers as well as ad-hoc charter flights. Safety, attention to detail, following company procedures, and team work are key components to be a successful Supervisor. Leadership and team management capabilities are essential for the successful candidate. The ideal candidate must possess verbal & written communication skills, be energetic, outgoing, understanding and accepting of change. He/She must also be flexible and able to deal with the adapting nature of aviation, including call-outs to the company mobile phone.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support and direction to a variety of internal and external bodies including: travelling passengers, staff, airport authorities, and other internal and external groups.
  • Answer phones/emails, provide administrative support and clerical functions to a medium sized staff (approximately 20-40).
  • Replace Station Manager when needed (vacation, sick days etc).
  • Report to Management on an as needed (daily) basis.
  • Report to client carriers on an as needed (daily) basis.
  • Ensure company policies are being adhered to, as well as governmental and airline policies.
  • Represent client carriers at meetings, events and at their direction.
  • Liaise with airport authorities and other carriers for operational efficiency.
  • Be available on an on-call basis for team support and IROPs.
  • Update internal operations requirements, including station audits.
  • Maintain and exceed service levels and ensure target OTP and performance levels are met for client carriers.
  • Coordinate, delegate, and organize baggage deliveries for client carriers and the station.
  • Remain current in all air carrier policies and procedures.
  • Be available to fill vacant shifts on the ATW schedule in emergency situations.
  • Maintain and ensure a safe, inclusive work environment for all staff.
  • Plan and implement staff meetings and other events.
  • Monitor external contracts for carrier clients (catering, hoteliers, service providers, etc.).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years previous airline operations/ground handling experience.
  • Must have current Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows, Google and proprietary computer programs.
  • Sabre, Navitaire and FIDS deployment software experience an asset.
  • Computerized Reservation System (CRS) experience.
  • Global Distribution System (GDS) experience.
  • Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS) experience.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills are essential.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, and operational skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and/or in a team environment working varied and on-call.
  • Must be able to respond to the airport with short notice (30 minutes).
  • Must be able to work from home as required.
  • Must meet current medical and governmental health/vaccine requirements.
  • Must be able to be available for on-call team support.
