Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Broker at Taylor Mortgages Co. The Principal Broker will be responsible for overseeing the mortgage brokerage operations, managing client relationships, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Some work from home is acceptable, with the role primarily located in Burlington, ON.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment skills
• A Level 1 or 2 Mortgage License (We can sponsor)
• Expertise in Mortgage Brokerage Operations and Client Management
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance in the Mortgage Industry
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the Real Estate or Financial Services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
