Your new role

As the SAP Tech/Integration Manager (Senior Manager or equivalent), you will lead the design phase of a major integration project focused on SAP to non-SAP systems within the utilities industry. Based in Winnipeg, MB, you will work in a hybrid model with most time spent onsite. Your responsibilities will include facilitating integration workshops, providing technical expertise in integration architecture, and ensuring alignment between SAP S/4HANA and business objectives. There is potential for contract extension through the implementation phase for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior-level experience in SAP integration management, ideally within the utilities sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of integration architecture and design, particularly for Acquire to Retire/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes.
• Deep understanding of business integration best practices for Finance (Banks, Payments), Service (Orders, Billing), Customer, HR and SFSF, Procurement (including Ariba), and Enterprise Assets (GIS, ESRI, EPRI).
• Expertise in legacy PI/PO as well as advanced BTP, API, and Cloud Platform Integration technologies.
• Proven ability to disposition and manage various interfaces with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience ensuring SAP S/4HANA systems align with business requirements and objectives.
• Demonstrated skill in end-to-end cross-functional integration design, collaborating with functional leads and managing all integration points.
• Ability to gather and document detailed interface requirements, including integration flow, mapping, transformation rules, error handling, and reprocessing.
• Strong project management skills and ability to support interface functional specifications across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Availability to work onsite in Winnipeg, MB, for the majority of the contract duration.
