Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Data Analyst at Aventas. The Data Analyst role will be responsible for conducting data analysis, implementing statistical models, and communicating insights to the team. They will also be responsible for data modeling and providing administrative support to the team.

• $45k Salary
• $5-10k Bonuses after probationary period
• Quarterly incentives

• Travel opportunities - if qualified (London UK in March & Dominican in October)

Responsibilities

• Understand the various CRM's used
• Understand and utilize different systems to construct and visualize data
• Find and appeal missing payments
• Coordinating between different departments
• Administrative tasks
• Assist in Payroll
• Manage supplies
• Joining calls to learn and develop themselves in the roll

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be extremely organized !
• Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding work ethic
• impressive and professional image and demeanor
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills
• Self-starter who is career driven

Priority will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Other complimentary skills such as but not exclusive to: Event planning, Website development, HR, Recruiting.
