Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Financial Specialist with experience in the Public Service Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management systems, particularly SAP, and the ability to work in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate financial management activities, including financial estimates and business requirements
- Assist in developing business plans aligned with organizational goals
- Identify and determine the resources required for project implementation, including acquisition, operational, and maintenance costs (both recurring and non-recurring)
- Develop cost estimates for professional services, goods, and employee overhead
- Prepare plans and reports to track and optimize fund usage
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Public Service Sector
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in SAP financial management systems within the last 5 years
- Bilingual (French and English) – oral and written proficiency required
- Enhanced Reliability Clearance (must currently hold)
