We are seeking a Junior Financial Specialist with experience in the Public Service Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management systems, particularly SAP, and the ability to work in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate financial management activities, including financial estimates and business requirements
  • Assist in developing business plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify and determine the resources required for project implementation, including acquisition, operational, and maintenance costs (both recurring and non-recurring)
  • Develop cost estimates for professional services, goods, and employee overhead
  • Prepare plans and reports to track and optimize fund usage

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Public Service Sector
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in SAP financial management systems within the last 5 years
  • Bilingual (French and English) – oral and written proficiency required
  • Enhanced Reliability Clearance (must currently hold)
