Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Evening Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a mobile role that involves traveling to various client sites across the GTA during the evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evening visits to client sites to support and check in with cleaning staff.
• Assist with on-site training and ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Support new account start-ups, including team orientation and site setup.
• Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Provide coaching, encouragement, and accountability to cleaning teams.
• Complete site visit reports and communicate updates to management.
  

Requirements:

• Valid G-class driver's license.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial supervision preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings consistently.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  

A gas card will be provided to cover travel expenses related to work.
