The Opportunity
EZ STAK is seeking a passionate, creative and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to join the company's Marketing team, based out of our Kingston, ON or Watertown, NY office.
The successful candidate will have a proven digital marketing skillset with experience in large commercial product marketing. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to understand the company's target audience and tailor strategic digital marketing accordingly.
This role is ideal for a digitally savvy individual who knows how to turn strategy into clicks, conversions and conversations. The Digital Marketing Specialist will have an exciting opportunity to support the marketing team with the company's new branding and website initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid, owned, earned) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Oversee and integrate all aspects of EZ STAK's digital presence
- Ensure digital content and social media strategies and offerings remain current with advancements in platforms and responsive to audience content preference
Lead Generation
- Oversee a wide variety of communication initiatives designed to enhance EZ STAK's visibility in current markets and new markets of interest
- Leverage digital marketing outreach programs to engage with the current customer base to maintain engagement
- Utilize targeted, digital marketing strategies to cultivate MQLs (Qualified Marketing Leads) to support a well-stocked sales pipeline
Social Media Content Creation: With a Focus on Quality Over Quantity
- Design engaging graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
- Create visually appealing carousel posts, infographics and promotional ads
- Develop motion graphics or short animations to enhance engagement
- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media visuals
- Work to ensure the development of digital content via all digital distribution platforms to achieve the highest level of impact and return
- Develop and execute a social media growth strategy, maintain a social media content calendar, and compile comprehensive digital media reports
Webpage & Digital Asset Design
- Assist in maintaining and updating web pages and landing pages for promotions, campaigns and product launches
- Design digital banners, hero images, and product visuals for website
- Optimize images and graphics for web performance
- Create banners for email signatures
- Maintain the health of the company website
- Manage SEO and google ads application
- Oversee the organization's website editorially and strategically, including content
Brand & Design Consistency
- Uphold the company's brand identity and integrity across all visual content
- Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and guidelines for efficient production
- Stay updated with design trends and technologies to keep the company's marketing fresh
Market Research & Innovation & Analytics
- Test and experiment with innovative tactics and tools to grow our digital presence and improve KPIs
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, offering actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to continuously refine our approach
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or similar
- 3 + years of proven experience in digitally marketing within a B2B brand, ideally in a large product market
Skills & Knowledge
- Digital lead generation experience, with understanding of typically associated KPIs and metrics
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work constructively with colleagues in a creative, collaborative, cross departmental/cross project environment
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills, including ability to communicate design concepts and rationale to non-marketing stakeholders
- Experience managing digital content calendars and social media communities
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, messaging, and audience engagement
- Experience with SEO campaigns
- Experience with marketing research and analysis
- High degree of creativity and innovation
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of, and practical application experience with, website design skills and social media platforms
