The Opportunity
PMco is currently seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Stationary Engineer to join our growing team in Moncton, NB. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic portfolio, supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building systems, including steam and refrigeration units, HVAC, and life safety systems.

You are a licensed 4th Class Operating Engineer with a strong technical foundation in boilers, HVAC, and refrigeration systems. Job Duties and Accountabilities
- Oversee daily operations of mechanical and electrical systems across multiple buildings
- Perform preventative and demand maintenance on boilers, central AC units, and HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections and verify proper functioning of safety controls
- Maintain accurate records of equipment readings and maintenance activity
- Perform chemical testing and calibration of water and equipment
- Respond promptly to tenant maintenance calls with a customer-first approach
- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in rotating shifts for plant maintenance and emergency support
Qualifications
- Valid 4th Class Operating Engineer Certificate (required)
- 3-4 years of experience operations experience
- Strong knowledge of boilers, power generation, and mechanical systems
- Valid Drivers License
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellent tenant service
