• Answer inbound calls and respond to client emails in a timely, helpful manner
• Engage directly with our client base to address questions, schedule services, and provide updates
• Use our CRM system to log interactions, track requests, and manage workflow
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and team members
• Help create a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern CRM systems
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Able to work full-time, in-office
• Customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training
