Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Order Entry person to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about order management and delivering exceptional service. Provide regular reports on customer interactions and sales activities. Customer Service Track and respond to customer complaints and inquiries, if applicable. Build and maintain rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships. Collect customer information for follow-ups and future interactions. Sales Order Management: Monitor and review variances on customer orders for accuracy, resolving issues promptly. Follow up on critical orders, sample orders, and key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications: 3 years of customer service/order management experience in a manufacturing company Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication and active listening. Working knowledge of various technology and software programs, including MS 365 tools. Knowledge of Garage Door/ Entry Door industry is an asset.
