Concierge Administrator — First Impressions Matter

We are looking for a professional, polished, and people-focused Individual to become the welcoming face and voice of our dealership — someone who instinctively delivers warmth, hospitality, and thoughtful service that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.

The Role: To create an Exceptional Guest Experience

A. Your primary focus will be:

  • Warmly greeting each guest who enters the showroom with confidence, eye contact, and if appropriate, a handshake.
  • Offering refreshments and creating a calm, inviting environment.
  • Intuitively assisting guests by understanding the purpose of their visit and personally escorting or directing them to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
  • Handling all incoming phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism — ensuring every caller feels valued.
  • Promptly connecting sales and service inquiries to the appropriate staff, taking messages when necessary, and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

You will be the trusted liaison between our team and our clients — whether that means confirming appointments, following up via email or SMS, or sending communication on behalf of management with discretion and care.

B. Supportive Responsibilities (Secondary Functions)

While customer engagement is your top priority, you'll also support the front-end operations of the dealership, ensuring seamless internal communication and efficiency.

  1. Inventory Administration and Administrative Duties:

a) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

What You Bring:

  • A passion for luxury-level customer service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills — in-person, over the phone, and digitally.
  • A professional, composed, and welcoming demeanor under all circumstances.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a front-desk, hotel, or dealership concierge role is an asset.
