We have a great opportunity for a Finance Team Lead to join our team at Crown Mazda located at 3690 Portage Avenue where we have an extensive customer database with great, repeat customers to keep our sales team busy.

As part of the sales team, you will guide customers through the financial process to find the best approval terms for their loan, present them with options to protect their investment and complete their final paperwork.

Qualifications:

Must have minimum 2 year automotive sales experience with preferably 1 year experience in banking or in automotive finance/sales management

A passion for providing exemplary customer service and interacting with guests

Proven track record of success, having met or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work well under pressure, individually and as part of a team

Ability to interpret information provided by Credit Bureau and assess risk

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great organization and time management skills with high attention to detail

What you'll do:

Actively manage salespeople with regards to sales activities and follow up

Manage by Walking Around the floor to assist product advisors

Lead the sales team and assist customers throughout the buying process

Collaborate closely with our service team to schedule efficient, timely deliveries, coordinate installation of protection products post-sale, and ensure every vehicle is delivered flawlessly.

Responsible for the new and used departments achieving unit, CSI, and gross targets continuously

Provide a great customer experience at all customer touchpoints

Conducting a thorough credit interview process and liaising with lenders to get the best approval terms possible for clients

Offer and sale of asset and financial protection products i.e. extended warranties, GAP insurance, chemical protection products etc

Meeting established K.P.I.s (Key Performance Indicators) of the position

Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints (escalating to management when appropriate)

Successfully complete all assigned sales, factory and F&I training courses

Other duties may be assigned as required
