Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Sales Support

· Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.

· Coordinate the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

· Manage CRM system updates and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

· Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.

Marketing Coordination

· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events).

· Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.

· Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and email newsletters.

· Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Administrative & Operational Support

· Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

· Maintain marketing and sales calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

· Handle customer inquiries and redirect to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications & Attributes

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

· 2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in the water treatment or environmental services industry is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).

· Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of water treatment technologies and industry trends.

· Graphic design or basic video editing experience.

· Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.

· Calgary, AB

· Must have a valid passport and driver's license
