Incorporations Paralegal – Langley | Full-Time | On-Site

One of our clients, a well-established and fast-paced law firm in Langley, are seeking an experienced Incorporations Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of their corporate services. With approximately 400 new incorporations per year and over 3,500 companies under management, volume and precision are key.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and file provincial and federal incorporation documents
• Draft articles, organizational resolutions, and share structures
• Liaise with clients and government bodies to coordinate filings
• Ensure compliance with registry deadlines and standards
• Track and manage a high volume of incorporation requests

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate law with a strong focus on incorporations
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset
• Fully available to work on-site
