The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and driven recruitment professional with experience managing large industrial or trades recruitment campaigns. This role requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys connecting with a variety of people, and takes initiative to improve processes, build candidate pipelines, and actively seek out new sourcing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns for industrial field positions, including seasonal roles that scale up to 500+ hires annually.
- Review resumes and applications to verify qualifications, certifications, and safety tickets.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate fit, availability, and compliance with job requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation collection, and initial training support.

- Build candidate pools and pipelines for future needs during slower seasons.
- Offer ideas and suggestions to optimize recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Support occasional administrative tasks related to hiring and workforce management.
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within industrial, construction, or trades environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage seasonal recruitment cycles and adapt to fluctuating demands.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
