We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Modern Endpoint Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise (Architecture and configuration) in a client-facing position. This role involves implementing cutting-edge endpoint solutions for our clients while also acting as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

Project Solution Delivery

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Hands-on Configuration: Participate in the configuration and deployment of endpoint solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Additional Responsibilities

• Senior Engineer Tasks: Perform all standard Solution Architect duties, including architectural design, documentation, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: We stay current with the latest endpoint management technologies and methodologies advancements, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our solutions and services.
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for prospects and clients, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall competencies.
• Proposal Development: Help create compelling proposals and presentations that communicate the value and benefits of our endpoint solutions to potential clients.
• Design, deploy, and manage AVD environments, including host pools, session hosts, and scaling solutions, and optimize AVD infrastructure for high availability and performance
• Implement security policies and procedures to ensure secure access and control
• Endpoint Management includes Intune (MDM/MAM), SCCM, Autopilot, and Windows 365, focusing on Cloud PC and Co-Management
• Security and Compliance Defender for Endpoint/O365, BitLocker, Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Conditional Access, and LAPS.
• Cloud Infrastructure Hybrid Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, Azure Arc
• OS Deployment (OSD) using SCCM/MDT for Windows 10/11 upgrades.
• Design and deploy W365 Enterprise environments, including configuring and optimizing infrastructure for high availability and performance.
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and data protection.
• Develop and enforce Intune policies and configurations for mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient device management.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect cloud and endpoint environments.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide subject matter expertise on endpoint security technologies, including Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, and EDR.
• Enhance and maintain endpoint security platforms and processes.
• Perform threat analysis and monitor security events for signs of breaches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in endpoint management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management tools and technologies, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, and others.
• Extensive knowledge of Defender for Cloud, Azure Arc, Entra ID (5+ years experience)
• Experience as a Technical Architect, designing the technical aspects of implementations/configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop

Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional)
