Position: Managing Associate Broker
Overview:
Busy and progressive 250+ Agent RE/MAX office is looking for a new member to join our leadership team.
As a successful organization in a strong real estate market, we strive to help our Associates achieve levels of success they desire and assist with growing the Brokerage.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for training and motivating.
Candidates with a natural calm under pressure along with a reassuring demeanor and positive energy are ideal.
They'll be able to share and apply their comprehensive knowledge of sales fundamentals along with the NSREC/NSAR guidelines in clear and concise terms.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Ownership, Managing Brokers, and administrative team.
Expectations:
- Structured follow up and development of Sales Associates
- Availability to assist Sales Associates in their day to day activities
- Assist Associates with compliance and regulatory matters
- Develop training and support materials
- Review transaction files
- Organize and participate in company events
- Assist in creating a positive environment for Associates to thrive
- Attract new Associates into our organization
- Regular reporting to ownership
Requirements
- Broker/Managing Associate Broker/Associate Broker Licence with NSREC (or ability to obtain one by March of 2025)
- Experience in the Nova Scotia Real Estate industry
- Experience in Management of multiple staff or sales associates
- This is a non-selling position
Compensation:
