What You'll Do

  • Investigate quality issues across internal processes, suppliers, and customers using structured root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and monitor resolution effectiveness
  • Develop, maintain, and improve internal audit programs in alignment with ISO 9001 standards
  • Partner with supply chain teams to resolve non-conformances and ensure incoming component quality
  • Support customer quality requests with data-driven analysis and clear documentation
  • Maintain and enhance quality system documents, including inspection criteria, work instructions, and procedures
  • Contribute to cross-departmental efforts on process improvement and audit readiness
  • Utilize digital quality management tools and participate in a safety-first work culture

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in QA within a manufacturing or electronics environment
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 clauses and compliance expectations
  • Hands-on experience conducting internal audits
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Solid grasp of CAPA, supplier issue resolution (SNCR/SCAR), and inspection processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS tools (SharePoint, Planner)
  • Bonus: Exposure to Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, or experience reading technical drawings
