What You'll Do:

As our Operations Supervisor, you'll report to the Director, Operations and lead a team of 20+ staff across warehouse, yard, and logistics. You'll be responsible for ensuring materials arrive accurately and on time to job sites, overseeing equipment maintenance, managing daily plans, and ensuring safety regulations are followed—all while building a high-performing, supportive team environment.

This Role Is For You If You:

Have 5+ years of leadership experience in operations or logistics Can confidently delegate, multitask, and manage conflict when needed Are a natural leader who inspires trust and high performance Are highly organized, safety-conscious, and thrive under pressure Excel at communication, both with your team and other departments Know your way around Microsoft Office and ERP systems
