TMG The Mortgage Group is looking for an individual to join our technology team. This person is great at following and uncovering mortgage policies of all the financial institutions.

We're working on a project to enhance the way brokers determine the best product for their clients in a seamless and integrated manner and if you think you'd love to help us accomplish our goal and support the great brokers at TMG, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a strong understanding of mortgage policies
• Work collaboratively with our Deal Centre and Tech Team
• Develop relationships with all lenders and insurers from coast to coast
• Be a self-starter that brings fresh ideas, takes initiative and is confident enough to ask for help when needed
• Take pride in owning a project
• Have strong knowledge of web-based tech platforms, coding knowledge is helpful but not a must
• Work well independently but able to collaborate with the team when required
