Job Title: Brand Marketing Lead
Full-time · Hybrid (Burlington ON)
We're looking for a multi-hyphenate marketer to take the lead on all things brand at Kōv Essentials. From strategy to execution, you'll shape how our brand shows up both online and IRL. You're equal parts creative and strategic, and know how to turn an idea into impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and love wearing multiple hats, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Community & Events
- Plan and execute pop-ups, in-person events, and community moments that bring the brand to life
- Oversee all event logistics from concepting and location scouting to vendor coordination and post-event recap
- Collaborate with the Founder and broader team to find fresh ways to engage our audience offline
Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with aligned brands, creators, and partners for impactful collaborations
- Source, pitch, and manage brand partnerships that are values-aligned and creatively driven
- Track the performance of each partnership and optimize based on learnings
Creative & Campaigns
- Coordinate and execute shoots across product drops and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and goals
- Keep your finger on the pulse of creative trends and competitor storytelling to keep the brand fresh
Content & Socials
- Manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest with a strong and consistent execution
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy across all customer touchpoints - social captions, email campaigns, website banners, and product launches
- Lead the planning and creation of short-form video content that is on-trend but on-brand
- Monitor analytics to guide content direction and double down on what's working
- Concept, brief, and produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta
Email Marketing
- Own email calendar planning and execute creative for marketing emails in Klaviyo
- Use data to inform design, copy, and send strategies across campaigns and flows
What you bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in brand, content, or marketing at a consumer-facing E-commerce brand
- A strong portfolio of content, campaigns, and community initiatives you've led or contributed to
- A creative and strategic mindset - you love the big ideas but can also execute the details
- An eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of what performs on social
- Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Canva, Later, Shopify, or equivalents
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to move things forward independently
