Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Credit Monitoring and Reporting, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
- Administer and manage credit risk strategies
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead a team responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Prepare and evaluate the integrity of monthly inventory reports
- Review and manage sales tax compliance controls and processes
- Oversee timely external reporting to financial institutions
- Collaborate closely with organizational leaders to formulate and manage the annual strategic plan
- Supervise the creation and delivery of the monthly Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Engage with departmental leaders to stay informed on spending, budgeting, and reporting
- Manage the execution of various derivative financial products
- Develop, measure, analyze, and refine business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, with a CPA designation required
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a controller role
- Experience with multinational companies and familiarity with derivatives and hedge accounting
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP software systems
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Proven project management skills
