About the Role

  • Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Anticipate CEO's needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
  • Oversee small projects and ensure execution on behalf of the CEO
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years in a senior-level Executive Assistant or Business management or Operations role
  • Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-growth company or startup
  • Strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Familiarity with legal or financial processes is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, discreet, detail-oriented, and unflappable under pressure
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures (especially North America)
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in an international business setting (Canada, USA, Mexico)
  • Bilingual (Spanish is an asset)
  • Background in law, finance, or business operations
