About the RoleWe're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a true partner to our CEO. This is not a traditional admin-only role, you'll be deeply involved in legal communications, managing cross-border workflows, and ensuring the performance of the company in general.
This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, growing companies and is looking to take ownership of high-impact responsibilities from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and sales, legal, financial, and operational teams
- Track performance and accountability across senior leadership and directors
- Prepare concise reports, manage complex calendars, and handle high-level correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and Mexico
- Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Anticipate CEO's needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate
- Oversee small projects and ensure execution on behalf of the CEO
- 5+ years in a senior-level Executive Assistant or Business management or Operations role
- Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-growth company or startup
- Strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Familiarity with legal or financial processes is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, discreet, detail-oriented, and unflappable under pressure
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures (especially North America)
- Experience in an international business setting (Canada, USA, Mexico)
- Bilingual (Spanish is an asset)
- Background in law, finance, or business operations
