Our client, a Private Equity firm in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a full-time permanent Executive Assistant to join their team. The role is on-site Monday to Thursday, with the ability to work remotely on Friday. The position offers a competitive salary, immediate benefits, and the chance to join a dynamic team!
Roles and Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to two executives
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Travel and meeting coordination
-Event coordination
-Expense management
-Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed
-Reservation booking
-Some personal assistant tasks as required
-Provide backup support for other EA's on the team
-Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
-Must have a minimum of 4 years of Executive Assistant experience
-Must have worked in a corporate environment (experience in financial services is an asset)
-Must have excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy setting
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must have strong client service skills
-Must be able to work well both independently and in a team
