2515 Division Financial Business Partner – FP&A

We have a newly created, progressive finance opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional capable of supporting financial decision making, with full P&L responsibility, for a 200M+ revenue division.

Located at the corporate head office, we are currently searching for a Divisional Financial Business Partner - FP&A to support a major division of our international distribution client.

Summary

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, the Financial Business Partner – FP&A will deliver timely financial analysis to support divisional decision-making. You will be responsible for performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure alignment with both corporate and banner objectives. The role serves as a key resource for local management while liaising with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and sales forecast by markets, distribution channels, product lines.
• Support branch and leadership regarding all finance and operational questions
• Participate in the month end close process.
• Budget and financial forecast preparation
• Maintain & develop dashboards and monitoring KPIs.
• Business Reviews: Prepare presentations and analysis of results
• Analyze financial statements, explain variances, provide business recommendations.
• Prepare month-end reports with business comments for management guidance and decisions
• Review and analyze monthly transactions to provide solutions to assessed issues

Profile Summary

• University degree - Business Administration, Accounting.
• CPA designation
• 5+ years of FP&A experience for a division/banner of a large corporation
• Industry experience: distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, inventory
• Strong analytical skills, project driven
• Strong business acumen, technical report writing / correspondence
• Strength in delivering and manage requirements to schedule, budget and scope; and are self-driven and motivated.
• A self-starter, motivated, with strong analysis, presentation and communication skills, confidently interacts with divisions and all levels of management
