Bilingual Help Desk Analyst - (Point of sale)

Full time permanent position

Seeking someone based in the Moncton, New Brunswick area.

This position is in-office 5 days per week in Moncton.

Need someone 100% bilingual with English and French.

Desired skills and experience:

• 100% Bilingual with English and French - both written and verbal
• Help Desk, Technical Support, Desktop Support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support roll-out of new software/features
• P.O.S. experience (Point of sale)
• Triaging and prioritization of calls

Basic P.O.S. support experience, can even be cashier level.

Base salary - $50,000 - $60,000

+Bonus

Flexible related to level of experience.
