This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario or the ability to obtain one, with 5+ years of nuclear engineering experience and 3+ years in leadership or management.

Base Salary: $175k - 200k + benefits
Working hours: 40hr work week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for Engineering Design Team.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee engineering deliverables related to design, construction, testing, commissioning, and plant operations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet project needs.
- Manage resources, work assignments, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with high safety and quality standards in nuclear engineering.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of nuclear engineering or related experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of CANDU reactor design, operations, and maintenance.
- Experience with engineering change control, nuclear codes, and standards.
- Familiarity with CSA N299.1-2016, CSA N291-15, National Building Code of Canada, OHSA, and PEO regulations.
- Expertise in process piping design, fluid dynamics, and heat exchangers.
- Prior experience at Bruce Power is an asset.
- Security clearance and Orange Badge qualification are preferred.
- Previous experience working on a construction site at a nuclear power plant preferred.
