Our client, a leading and steadily expanding manufacturing organization based in north Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production functions, maintaining high operational standards, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Production Supervisor Details:
· Salary: up to 85K, depending on experience
· + Bonus
· Schedule: Monday to Friday, two-week rotating shifts

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
· Coordinate production floor activities to maintain consistent output and uphold safety practices.
· Monitor equipment operations and support preventive maintenance and data tracking initiatives.
· Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, including documentation accuracy.
· Support onboarding and training processes while maintaining key HR-related documentation.
· Foster a collaborative work environment and assist in resolving team-related concerns.
· Partner with cross-functional departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics, planning) to align goals.
· Contribute to performance monitoring efforts and suggest opportunities for process enhancement.
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience within food manufacturing required.
· Background working in a unionized environment is required.
· Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety protocols.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
· Experience using ADP, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Capable of working effectively in a high-paced, evolving environment.
