Job Description

Join Us as a Structures Liaison Engineer/MRB – Be at the Heart of Aerospace Innovation!

Step into a pivotal role where your engineering expertise keeps aircraft flying safely and efficiently. As a Liaison Engineer, you'll be the go-to problem-solver for non-conformances, crafting innovative repair solutions and seeing them through from concept to completion—all within a fast-paced aircraft manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the Expert on Site: Deliver world-class engineering support for major maintenance and modification programs involving cutting-edge aircraft. Lead in developing technical solutions and engineering data while serving as the key liaison between customers, service providers, and teams.

Drive Innovation and Compliance: Take the lead on repair and design change projects, ensuring they meet high engineering and customer support standards—as well as regulatory requirements.

Own the Design Process: Develop substantiation for structural changes and work closely with the Engineering Manager to align priorities and push projects forward.

Project Leadership: Manage mod programs from kickoff to completion, juggling priorities and keeping everything on track.

Coordinate with Excellence: Collaborate with the DAO and shop floor teams to guarantee design conformity and successful implementation.

Lead with Purpose: Apply strong project management skills to deliver on commitments, track milestones, and keep all stakeholders in the loop.

What You Bring to the Table

A degree or diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology—or a combination of relevant education and experience.

5–10 years of aerospace experience, with at least 3–5 years in MRB (structures discipline).

A solid background in repair design (minimum 5 years).

Hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing and structural design.

In-depth knowledge of structural analysis and certification standards is highly valued.
