My client, a boutique wealth management firm located in downtown Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Administrator to join their team.
Position Summary & Key Accountabilities:
- Overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency in workflows.
- Managing and overseeing data entry with accuracy.
- Filling out forms and applications required for investment operations.
- Generating reports and updating internal systems.
- Assisting clients, accountants, and portfolio managers as needed.
- Performing basic accounting tasks in Excel.
- Answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.
- Troubleshooting technological issues and implementing system improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the investment industry is mandatory.
- Familiarity with operational workflows.
- Proficiency in portfolio management systems and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional Excel skills and strong data entry accuracy.
- Completion of a post-secondary degree.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
