Preferred Qualifications:

• M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Lithium-ion battery R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing
• Knowledge of up to date Lithium-ion battery technology
• Experience with Lithium-ion battery testing; Knowledge of cell test methods and specifications, such as USABC battery test manuals
• Experience with battery cyclers, data acquisition systems, and EIS measurement
• Experience with DVP&R test plan execution
• Demonstrated ability to work in a unionized environment
• Prior experience or knowledge of ISO 17025 or 9001 accreditation.

Additional Must-Haves:

• Knowledge of Lithium-ion battery chemistry, working principle, characterization, and performance. Experience in Lithium-ion
• battery R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Engineering and Testing (cell test preferred)
• Experience in test data processing and reporting
