Position: Operations Leader

Location: 1125 Colborne St E, Brantford ON, N3S 0H4

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday until 4:00 PM)

Start Date: TBD

Pay Rate: Based on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and hands-on Operations Leader to oversee our daily

warehouse and logistics operations. This role is a great fit for someone who loves working with

a team, enjoys optimizing processes, problem-solving, and making a real impact across

operations. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and improving

operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring smooth and timely processes

● Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and maintain accurate records

● Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments both domestic and global shipments for

project work, including scheduling with couriers and internal teams

● Implement and improve operational procedures to boost efficiency and reduce costs

● Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety

standards

● Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Installation teams to meet client needs

● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment

● Use inventory management systems and other tools to track and manage operations

● Monitor equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance needs

Qualifications & Skills:

● Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or general operations management

● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

● Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team

● Comfortable using digital tools and inventory management systems

● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

● Ability to lift moderate weights and work in a hands-on environment

● Forklift license and/or safety certifications are considered assets
