Our client is a machine shop with a full range of machining services. Has openings for two CMM Quality Technicians.

Hiring for 1 Day Shift (Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:15pm) and 1 Afternoon Shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 1:30am)

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or diploma quality or engineering. CQT is preferred
• Experience with Calypso or MCOSMOS
• At least 2 years of work experience in quality management, product testing or inspection.
• Must have working knowledge Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and be able to read blueprints.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for precision measurement (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop new product integration
• Experience programming CMM machines with Calypso & MCOSMOS software
• Assist in set up, provide required gauging and conduct First Off Inspections.
• Provide technical support for Machined, Welded and Assembled products.
