Title: Product Manager

Location: Montreal (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office, flexible)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $110,000 + 17 vacation days + 5 personal/sick days + benefits + RRSP matching

What You'll Be Working On

• Product Roadmap Development & Execution
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer support) and external stakeholders (partners, labs, schemes) to define and implement the product roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with customer needs and evolving market trends.
• Market Monitoring
• Stay up to date on regulatory and industry developments to anticipate product evolution and ensure compliance.
• Development & Delivery Planning
• Oversee day-to-day coordination of development timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Customer Commitments
• Ensure customer commitments are delivered on time and with quality.
• Project Meetings & Account Collaboration
• Participate in key meetings with international clients and partners.
• Offer functional and technical insight in customer-facing discussions.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EMV Level 2 stack or international payment standards
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
