Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with proven expertise in TIBCO DataSynapse and Azure High-Performance Computing (HPC) implementations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and optimizing advanced computing solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of TIBCO DataSynapse environments tailored to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure HPC solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment and operational processes across HPC platforms.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of HPC infrastructure.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all HPC implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in TIBCO DataSynapse and Azure HPC implementations.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing principles and HPC architecture.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other cloud platforms and HPC technologies.
• Certifications in Azure and TIBCO products.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
