Ideal Candidate Qualifications
· A demonstrated passion for digital business development
· 2+ years experience with customer relationship management and generating/managing sales leads
· A post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of education.
· Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
· Proficiency in CRM (Zoho or similar) and ERP systems for activity tracking, reporting, and analysis
· Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver detailed work accurately in a fast-paced environment
· Adaptability and problem-solving skills, including numerical aptitude for weights & measures
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers & teammates
· Familiarity with the wellness industry including key contacts and best practices in customer service
Key Responsibilities
· Provide primary business development & new project administrative support for Sales Team
· Execute lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media channels
· Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and track/report progress in Zoho CRM
· Assist with lead follow-ups and coordinate the quotation process with Sales Team members
· Provide secondary support for customer order processing and sales forecasting
· Conduct market to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities
· Develop presentations and sales-related materials as needed
· Collaborate with Operations, Finance, & R&D Teams to created tailored customer solutions
· Manage and enhance Rhema's digital assets, including website and social media platforms
· Coordinate Rhema participation in trade shows, seminars, podcasts, and industry events

Remuneration
· Base Salary: $60-$70k (commensurate with experience)
· Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary
