Job Description

As a Data Scientist in AI Model Risk, you will:

• Develop and implement validation frameworks to assess AI/ML models used in classification, regression, anomaly detection, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, recommendation engines, and generative AI.
• Evaluate conceptual soundness, fairness, robustness, privacy, explainability, and implementation controls of AI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, risk, engineering, and analytics to inventory AI applications and identify validation needs.

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

• Master's or PhD (or nearing completion) in Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Demonstrated research capability through published work, academic projects, or open-source contributions (GitHub or publications required).
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, or generative AI.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud-based ML workflows.
