Overview

The Equipment Rental Supervisor position is an entry level management role and is well suited for someone early in their career who is entrepreneurial and enjoys working within a growing environment. You are a great fit if you are interested in aspects of equipment rental including staff supervision, parts, inside sales, inventory, as well as financial budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.

Store hours are 7am-5pm Mon-Fri. Compensation is 70-80k annual depending on experience plus benefits and available stock options.

Requirements

-Post secondary education preferred

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Computer skills and ability to use MS office effectively

-People oriented and able to handle customer/staff interactions professionally

-Interest in industrial construction support services

-Work experience in equipment/tooling rental business within areas of parts, sales, customer service, and supervision is an asset
