We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations. We're seeking someone with a passion for people, a strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software developers, engineers, IT specialists).
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
- Solid understanding of technical terminology, skill sets, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interview processes.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for connecting people and solving hiring challenges.
