Absolute Stainless is a premier distributor of industrial fasteners, serving manufacturers and construction clients across Canada. As we expand, we're seeking a results-driven sales leader to own our Ontario territory while supporting growth in Quebec.

The Opportunity

Help to develop Absolute Stainless business in Ontario, converting high-potential leads into long-term customers while strategically expanding your pipeline. This role is perfect for a hunter who excels at relationship-building, understands industrial distribution, and thrives on autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Growth:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualifying, nurturing, and closing deals to build a loyal customer base.
  • Proactively identify and target new opportunities in manufacturing, construction, and MRO sectors.

Strategic Account Management:

  • Develop and execute account growth plans for key clients, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored fastener solutions and seamless service

Tech-Driven Sales Execution:

  • Leverage CRM, ERP systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track leads, forecast accurately, and optimize outreach.
  • Use data to refine strategies and report on pipeline progress.

Market & Competitive Insight:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and pricing shifts to keep Absolute Stainless ahead of the curve.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in industrial distribution, fasteners, MRO, or manufacturing consumables.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts totaling $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Bilingual (French) is a plus for occasional Quebec client engagement.
