Vice President, Finance – Toronto, Canada

A rapidly growing TSX-listed mining company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President, Finance to help lead the next phase of its transformation.

Following the acquisition of a producing precious metals mine from a global major, the company is integrating multi-site operations and building out a world-class finance function. This role will be instrumental in aligning financial systems, driving operational discipline, and supporting a culture of performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership across Canadian and international operations.
• Lead integration of a newly acquired operating mine into the company's corporate structure — including systems, reporting, controls, and budgeting processes.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Harmonize site-level finance teams across Ontario and Mexico to align with corporate goals.
• Support TSX compliance, investor relations, external audits, and board-level reporting.
• Partner with the CFO on capital markets initiatives, project financing, and M&A evaluation.

Experience:

• Proven financial leadership in the mining sector, ideally across both corporate and operational roles.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional finance teams (Canada, Latin America a plus).
• Strong understanding of IFRS, TSX reporting requirements, and internal control environments.
• Hands-on approach with change management experience in integration or turnaround scenarios.
• CPA designation.
