$300,000–$400,000 total compensation (base + bonus) along with meaningful long-term participation

We're working with a growing real estate developer focused on high-impact urban projects. This company is at a transformational stage and looking for a SVP Investments to help shape its next phase of growth. It's a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team and play a critical role in driving investment strategy, managing transactions, and influencing long-term capital structure.

This is not a plug-and-play environment—structures are evolving, and the business is still defining its role in various partnerships and legacy projects. The ideal candidate will be excited by complexity and ambiguity, and will bring clarity, strategy, and leadership to a dynamic, founder-led company.

Responsibilities:

• Leading investment strategy and underwriting across a wide-ranging portfolio
• Driving transactions to monetize development-ready sites while bringing in external capital and partners
• Guiding capital strategy across both project and corporate levels
• Helping shape the company's evolving role as developer and potential co-investor
• Managing and mentoring investment/asset management team members
• Working closely with ownership and senior leaders to execute on long-term business goals
• Building structure where some may not exist—bringing thoughtful frameworks to a fast-moving and ambitious environment

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of experience in real estate investments, capital markets, strategy, and/or development
• Proven track record leading deals and making high-stakes investment decisions
• Strong judgment and an owner's mindset
• Strategic thinker who can also get deep into the numbers and execution
• Familiarity with early-stage or entrepreneurial real estate businesses
