Ingénieur(e) DevSecOps - Entreprise de publicité numérique

Nous recherchons à renforcer notre équipe DevSecOps avec un(e) ingénieur(e) DevOps/DevSecOps ayant une expérience réussie, pour un poste hybride basé à Montréal.

L'équipe de Montréal compte environ 15 personnes. Vous travaillerez avec trois développeurs et un responsable technique au sein de votre équipe locale. Une personne basée en France, en charge des responsabilités liées aux données et au DevOps, sera votre référent hiérarchique.

Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d'une formation en ingénierie, vous avez une expérience, même partielle, en tant que Dev(Sec)Ops dans un environnement à forte charge ou à haute disponibilité. Vous appréciez les architectures distribuées et possédez une bonne connaissance de sujets techniques tels que l'automatisation, la sécurité (technique et organisationnelle), les logiciels libres et le cloud computing. Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais et en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, et capable de collaborer avec des équipes distribuées à l'international.

Nous recherchons une personne curieuse, rigoureuse, autonome et ouverte d'esprit, avec une réelle envie d'apprendre, d'évoluer et de partager ses connaissances.

Connaissances techniques / environnement (Vous n'avez pas besoin de tout maîtriser, l'apprentissage fait aussi partie du poste) :

• Cloud computing en général – AWS est un plus
• Kubernetes (K8s) en général et EKS en particulier – vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion opérationnelle de K8s : kubectl, helm font partie de vos outils de prédilection et vous comprenez les concepts tels que les ingress controllers, les operators, les deployments, etc.
• Expérience avec l'intégration et le déploiement continus (CI/CD) – GitLab et ArgoCD sont des plus
• Vous aimez l'automatisation, notamment avec Chef et Terraform
• Vous appréciez Linux, et particulièrement Debian GNU/Linux
• Les Dockerfiles et les charts Helm ne vous font pas peur
• Des connaissances en développement dans l'un des langages suivants sont appréciées : shell (bash, zsh…), Python, Go, Rust

DevSecOps Engineer - Digital Advertising company

We are looking to strengthen our DevSecOps team with a skilled DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer who has a successful track record, for a hybrid position based in Montreal.

Our team in Montreal consists of approximately 15 people. You will work alongside three developers and a technical lead in your local team. A person based in France, responsible for data and DevOps, will be your reporting manager.

Salary: $132,000 to $140,000 (with flexibility based on profile) + performance bonus + 4 weeks of vacation + benefits

Desired Profile:

You have an engineering background and some experience as a Dev(Sec)Ops in high-load or high-availability environments. You enjoy distributed architectures and have strong knowledge in areas such as automation, security (both technical and organizational), open-source software, and cloud computing. You are comfortable working in both English and French, both written and spoken, and can collaborate with distributed international teams.

We are looking for someone who is curious, meticulous, autonomous, and open-minded, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and share knowledge.

Technical Knowledge / Environment (You don't need to master everything—learning is part of the role):

• General cloud computing knowledge – AWS is a plus
• Kubernetes (K8s) in general and EKS in particular – you are comfortable with the operational management of K8s: kubectl, helm are among your go-to tools, and you understand concepts such as ingress controllers, operators, deployments, etc.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) – GitLab and ArgoCD are a plus
• Passion for automation, particularly with Chef and Terraform
• Familiarity with Linux, especially Debian GNU/Linux
• Comfortable with Dockerfiles and Helm charts
• Knowledge of development in any of the following languages is appreciated: shell (bash, zsh…), Python, Go, Rust
