Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Summit and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience within financial services or consulting, and at least 5 years of experience in project management and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires deep knowledge of treasury products, banks' treasury operations, and trading of derivatives products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to financial services and capital markets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SDLC processes.
• Business Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for software development teams.
• Treasury Product Knowledge: Utilize expertise in FX swaps, bonds, and other treasury products to support business operations and strategy.
• Derivative Trading: Provide insights into the lifecycle of derivatives functionality, including hedging and trade coverage.
• Front Office Tools: Leverage knowledge of front office deal booking tools such as Summit and Murex to enhance trading operations.
• Summit Application: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Summit application, ensuring its effective use in business processes.
• SQL Expertise: Apply hands-on SQL experience to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes

Qualifications:

• 7+ years within financial services or consulting.
• 5+ years in project management and SDLC.
• Treasury Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FX swaps, bonds, and other treasury products.
• Derivative Trading: Knowledge of banks' treasury operations and trading of derivatives products.
• Front Office Tools: Familiarity with Summit and Murex applications.
• Summit Application: Must have a strong understanding of the Summit application.
• Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL.
