Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions in a cloud environment

• Build and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityNow and ServiceNow

• Implement API integrations between SailPoint and internal enterprise systems

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements

• Provide technical guidance to business partners on identity governance processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues

• Support the continued development and maturity of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and configuration

• Proven experience integrating SailPoint IdentityNow with ServiceNow

• Solid background in developing and maintaining API integrations

• Familiarity with identity governance, access management, and compliance best practices

• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical solutions

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in a cloud environment

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
